Never... A twelve year old girl and 34 year old woman just died after stepping into a sudden swap part and being pulled by the undertow. The river bed is limestone and hole open into caves. People get sucked in and reappear dead miles down stream.
I believe it’s the one on Left as you come into the park about 1/2 mike from the visitor center. Stop at the building at the entrance and there are maps of the park.
When is the "Flood" season that people are speaking about? We want to come in October. thanks!

The floods mostly come in Spring. Mostly. October should be relatively safe. I don't recall the park flooding at any time during Autumn, at least not during recent history.
