Investigators believe they have found the body of a man they say shot five people and a dozen cars on an interstate highway in Kentucky this month, state police said Wednesday – ending an 11-day manhunt that stretched deep into the sprawling Daniel Boone National Forest and put surrounding communities on edge.

A body was found off a Kentucky highway. Police believe it's Joseph Couch, who is suspected of shooting five people almost two weeks earlier.

Matthew Gabriel, 25, of Philadelphia, also admitted to a fake report of a bomb threat at the University of Iowa. The mass shooting report was made in Norway. He pleaded guilty to federal charges.
